1. Introduction
Welcome to WhatSeen, a mobile application developed and owned by LAJON ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using WhatSeen (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
WhatSeen is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC.
2. Eligibility
To use WhatSeen:
- You must comply with WhatsApp's own terms of service and usage policies at all times.
- You must be of the minimum age required for digital services in your country, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App is permitted under applicable local laws and regulations.
3. Our Service
WhatSeen provides activity tracking and insights related to WhatsApp contacts, including:
- Last Seen Tracking: Monitor when selected contacts were last active on WhatsApp based on their publicly visible last seen status.
- Online Status Alerts: Receive notifications when tracked contacts come online or go offline.
- Activity Reports & Charts: Visualise a contact's activity patterns over time — peak hours, average session lengths, and usage trends.
- Read Receipt Tracking: Track message delivery and read status where available.
The App relies solely on information that is publicly visible within WhatsApp (i.e., information the contact has not chosen to hide through their own privacy settings). We do not access private messages, call logs, or any content shared between users.
4. How It Works
- Contact Selection: You manually select WhatsApp contacts you wish to track using their phone number or by choosing from your contacts. The App does not automatically monitor all contacts.
- Status Polling: The App checks the publicly visible online/last seen status of selected contacts at regular intervals to build an activity timeline.
- Push Notifications: You can enable alerts to be notified when tracked contacts change status (online/offline).
- Analytics Dashboard: Collected status data is aggregated into visual charts, history logs, and activity summaries shown only to you.
- No Message Access: WhatSeen never reads, intercepts, or stores the content of any WhatsApp conversations.
5. Acceptable Use
By using WhatSeen, you agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
- Use the App to stalk, harass, intimidate, or monitor individuals without their knowledge in a manner that violates applicable privacy laws.
- Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or attempt to bypass WhatsApp's privacy settings through the App.
- Use activity data generated by the App to cause harm, embarrassment, or distress to any individual.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's data or analytics without express written permission from LAJON.
- Use the App for any unlawful surveillance purpose under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that tracking another person's activity may have legal and ethical implications depending on your location and the nature of your relationship with the tracked contact. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatSeen complies with all applicable laws.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features of WhatSeen (such as tracking multiple contacts, extended history, and advanced analytics) are available through a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis as presented within the App.
- All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment and billing policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Website purchases: For purchases made directly through our website (e.g., via our payment provider), you are entitled to a full refund within at least 14 days of the purchase date, with no exceptions or conditions. Contact support@lajon.co with your purchase details to request a refund.
All other refunds are governed by the platform you purchased through:
- App Store / Google Play purchases: Subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
- Website purchases (after 14 days): Considered case-by-case (e.g., duplicate charges, billing errors). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds may not be granted if subscription renewal occurred automatically and was not cancelled in advance, or if premium features were already used and the request is outside the 14-day window.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, features, code, design, logos, and content within WhatSeen are the exclusive property of LAJON and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc., which has no affiliation with WhatSeen.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WhatSeen is provided "as is" and "as available." The App relies on publicly visible status information and we cannot guarantee that data will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted — particularly if a contact changes their WhatsApp privacy settings to hide last seen or online status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAJON disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any consequences resulting from how you act upon the information the App provides.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data and tracked contact information is handled within WhatSeen.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published within the App or on this page. Continued use of WhatSeen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to WhatSeen without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or third parties.
