a) Searches & Queries You Enter

The App allows you to enter search queries and prompts to generate results and insights. Depending on how the App is used, we may handle:

  • Search terms, prompts, and filters you input
  • Actions you take within the App (e.g., which result you open, feature usage)

Important: We do not intentionally request or require sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health data). If you choose to enter sensitive data, you do so at your own discretion.

b) App Usage & Device Data (Non-Content)

We may collect non-identifying or device-level information such as:

  • Device type, operating system, language, app version
  • App interaction events (e.g., screens viewed, session length, feature usage)

c) Result Generation & AI Processing

  • Some AI processing may occur on-device or via trusted third-party service providers depending on the feature and your device capabilities.
  • When cloud processing is used, we aim to send only the minimum necessary information to deliver the feature.

d) User Content You Choose to Save or Share

If the App includes features that let you save outputs (e.g., saved searches, favorites, exported results) or share content, you control what is saved/shared.

  • If you share content outside the App, that content is handled by the destination platform under its own policies.

e) Purchases & Subscription Data (If Applicable)

If the App offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive limited transaction metadata such as:

  • Subscription status (active/expired)
  • Product identifiers
  • Purchase and renewal timestamps

We do not receive your full payment card details from platform payments.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the core search and AI assistant functionality
  • Generate results, summaries, and insights based on your queries
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve App performance

  • Diagnostics & Analytics: Retained according to our operational needs and third-party provider settings.
  • Saved Items (If You Use Them): Saved searches or favorites may remain available until you delete them or uninstall the App (depending on implementation).

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only in these cases:

  • Service Providers: Vendors that help us operate analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or AI processing (where used), under contractual safeguards.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, security, and safety.
  • Refund Requests / Purchase Disputes: If you request a refund through Apple/Google, we may share limited, non-personal usage details (e.g., whether premium features were activated/used, timestamps) strictly for evaluating refund eligibility and resolving disputes. We do not share your private query content for refunds unless you explicitly provide it to support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure transport where applicable and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your device secure and updated.

8. Your Choices & Controls

Depending on your device and region, you may be able to:

  • Adjust tracking/analytics permissions in device settings (where available)
  • Clear your search history within the App (if provided)
  • Delete saved items (if provided)
  • Uninstall the App to stop further data collection from the App

10. Refunds

For purchases made through our website (e.g. via our payment provider), you are entitled to a full refund within at least 14 days of the purchase date. The App is not intended for children under the legal age of digital consent in their country without parent/guardian permission.
