1. Introduction
Welcome to WhatSpy Wrapped, a mobile application developed and owned by LAJON. By downloading, accessing, or using our application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility
The App is open for general use. However, if you are younger than the legal age of digital consent in your country, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using WhatSpy Wrapped.

3. Our Service
WhatSpy Wrapped provides personalized reports and insights generated from your chat history. The App reviews your conversations to highlight trends, including commonly used words, emojis, and communication patterns.

4. How It Works
Chat Import: Users can upload exported chat histories into the App.
On-Device Processing: All analysis takes place directly on your device.
Privacy First: Your chat files never leave your phone or get transmitted to our servers.
AI Insights: Artificial intelligence is used to enrich the analysis, offering deeper behavioral breakdowns. Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, all AI processing occurs locally.
5. Coins, Rewards & Subscriptions
Paid features include the purchase of coins and access to bonus rewards.
Coins may be spent to unlock individual chat summaries (“Wrappeds”).
Bonuses are complimentary rewards but expire within 7 days of issue.
Subscriptions supply recurring coins and additional bonuses; however, they do not allow unlimited access to Wrappeds.
All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment policies.
6. Acceptable Use
When using WhatSpy Wrapped, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Disrupt or impair the App’s functionality.
Attempt to hack, access, or misuse any part of the App or its connected systems.
Exploit or misuse AI-generated insights in ways that may cause harm or create false impressions.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, features, content, logos, software code, and AI algorithms within the App remain the exclusive property of LAJON / WhatSpy Wrapped. These are protected under global copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WhatSpy Wrapped is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or reliability. The App is built solely for entertainment purposes and should not be considered scientifically precise. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LAJON disclaims all warranties and will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled and protected.

10. Refunds & Cancellations
We aim for a smooth and enjoyable user experience, but if the App does not meet expectations, you may request a refund under specific conditions.

Money-Back Guarantee (Website Purchases Only)
If you purchased directly through our website and were offered a money-back guarantee at checkout, you may qualify for a refund if:

You reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase,
You provide a short explanation of the issue, and
You show evidence of meaningful use (e.g., generating at least one Wrapped, uploading valid data, or engaging with key features for at least 7 days).
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and LAJON reserves the right to approve or decline based on provided information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refunds Are Not Granted If:

The request is only due to change of mind, preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction.
You did not notice or understand the subscription/auto-renewal despite being informed during checkout.
There is no proof of genuine use of the App’s main features.
The purchase was made via a third-party store (App Store / Google Play), in which case their policies apply.
Digital items (like coins or Wrappeds already consumed) cannot be refunded unless a technical fault is directly caused by us.
General Terms
Other than the cases described above, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by local consumer protection laws.

EU/EEA Users: You have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days unless you agreed to immediate access and waived that right. By starting to use WhatSpy Wrapped immediately, you acknowledge this waiver unless the product is defective.

Refund Process
Contact us at [email protected] with your purchase email, order date, and relevant details. Screenshots may be requested to speed up processing.

Refunds via App Store
For App Store purchases, we may share limited, anonymized app usage data with Apple to support refund evaluations. No personal chat content is ever shared.

11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect once published inside the App. Continued use of WhatSpy Wrapped after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to WhatSpy Wrapped without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or engages in harmful activity.

13. Governing Law
