1. Introduction
Welcome to PrivLock, a mobile application developed and owned by LAJON. By downloading, accessing, or using our application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is open for general use. However:
You must comply with Instagram’s own policies, terms of service, and community guidelines.
If you are younger than the legal age of digital consent in your country, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using PrivLock.
3. Our Service
PrivLock provides analytics and insights based on your Instagram account activity, including follower growth, unfollowers, visitors, and other engagement metrics. The App does not claim affiliation with Instagram and is an independent third-party tool.
4. How It Works
Instagram Login: Users must log in with their Instagram account to access analytics features. Authentication is handled via secure login flows. We never ask for or store your Instagram password directly.
Data Access: With your permission, the App retrieves information such as your profile, followers, followings, and activity insights.
Analytics & Reports: We generate analytics, charts, and engagement summaries based on your Instagram account.
Privacy First: Your account data is processed only to provide insights and is not sold to third parties.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features of PrivLock are offered as paid services, including premium analytics.
Subscriptions grant access to enhanced insights and reports.
All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment policies.
Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled in advance according to App Store/Google Play rules.
6. Acceptable Use
When using PrivLock, you agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Violate Instagram’s rules or attempt to misuse its platform via PrivLock.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App.
Exploit, resell, or misuse analytics for malicious purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, features, logos, code, and designs in the App remain the exclusive property of LAJON / PrivLock. They are protected under global copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Instagram is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not affiliated with PrivLock.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
PrivLock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that analytics will always be accurate or uninterrupted. The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as official Instagram data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAJON disclaims all warranties and will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or account restrictions that may result from the use of the App.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your Instagram data and other information are handled.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by the platform you purchased through:
App Store/Google Play Purchases: Subject to their refund and cancellation policies.
Website Purchases (if available): Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 30 days, provided you show meaningful use of the App.
Refunds are not granted if:
The request is due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Subscription renewal occurred automatically and was not canceled in time.
Premium features were already consumed.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published inside the App. Continued use of PrivLock after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to PrivLock without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in harmful activity.
13. Governing Law
